CHARLOTTETOWN -- A spokesman for a speedway in Prince Edward Island says the track will review its emergency protocol following the death of a driver during Saturday nights feature race. Jeremy MacDonald of Oyster Bed Speedway says track officials want to ensure a similar incident doesnt happen again.
