TORONTO -- The Minnesota Twins have selected the contract of right-handed pitcher Alex Wimmers from Triple-A Rochester, promoting their 2010 first-round draft pick to the major leagues for the first time.The move was made Friday before the game at Toronto.Wimmers and left-hander Andrew Albers are taking the place on the staff of starters Jose Berrios and Tyler Duffey, who were sent to Rochester after the game Thursday.
